Can we book Bloom & Tonic without catering?
Absolutely. Bloom & Tonic is available as a standalone bar service for weddings, private events, launches, pop-ups and brand activations, or alongside AD Catering. When alcohol service requires food under local licensing rules, we’ll build the appropriate food component into the event scope.
What does Bloom & Tonic provide?
We build the beverage program around the event, from the drinks and mixers to garnishes, ice, bar tools and staffing, with rentals and specialty elements added according to the scope.
Can you create custom cocktails for our event?
Yes. Cocktails can be developed around the menu, the season, the host or a creative brief. We can also create custom nonalcoholic drinks with the same level of attention.
Do you offer a full nonalcoholic bar?
Yes. Our zero-proof program is treated as a real cocktail menu, with the same attention to balance, ingredients and presentation as the spirited list.
Can you customize or brand the bar for an activation?
Absolutely. Custom cocktails, printed finishes, branded ice, Couture Jello, tap systems and other beverage moments can be developed around the campaign or creative direction.
How many bartenders will we need?
We recommend the bar setup and staffing based on guest count, service style and cocktail complexity so service stays fast and the bar never becomes a bottleneck.
Are you licensed?
Yes. Bloom & Tonic is fully licensed in New York State. Requirements for destination events vary by location and are considered as part of the event scope.
Do you travel?
Absolutely. We’re based in New York City, with regular events in the Hamptons, and we’ll travel wherever the event takes us.
