We retain personal information only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy:

  • Job application data (including resumes) is retained for up to 12 months from the date of submission, unless you are hired, in which case your information is incorporated into your employment record and subject to our employment data retention practices.

What we use and why

  • Firebase (Google LLC). We use Google Firebase to power our staffing portal, store application data, and manage authentication for team members. Firebase stores session tokens and cached data in your browser's localStorage and IndexedDB. This storage is strictly necessary for the site to function and cannot be disabled without breaking core features.

  • Google Fonts. Our site loads typefaces from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com). This causes your browser to make a request to Google's servers, which may log your IP address in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy. No persistent cookies are set by Google Fonts.

Subdomain scope

This cookie notice applies specifically to staffing.alexandradettori.com. It is separate from any practices on www.alexandradettori.com. The two subdomains do not share cookies or browser storage.

Your choices

Because we use only essential storage necessary for the site to function, there is no opt-out mechanism for these specific technologies — disabling them would prevent the site from operating correctly.
